If your parents or grandparents are applying for a super visa to Canada, they must submit a letter of invitation from you.
There is no specific template/format for such an invitation letter. Nevertheless, it should contain the following information:
a promise of financial support for the duration of the visit
Information about Parent(s) or Grandparent(s) you are inviting:
Full name, date of birth, address and telephone number, your relationship to them, the purpose of the trip, how long they plan to stay in Canada, where they will stay, how they will take care of their expenses while with you, and when they plan to leave Canada.
Information about yourself:
Full name, date of birth, address and telephone number in Canada, job title, whether you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, details of your family including a list with names and date of birth of your spouse, any dependents and the total number of people in your household.
A copy of your Canadian citizenship or permanent resident document
Proof that your income meets or is above the prescribed low-income cut-off for the total number of people, including the visiting parents or grandparents
It is best to get your invitation letter notarized before sending it to your parents or grandparents as some visa offices may later ask for a notarized copy and this may delay the application of the person you are inviting.
