AJ is an experienced lawyer who leads the Immigration law practice at the firm.
Before joining the firm, she worked as an in-house legal counsel at Ryerson University, Toronto, where she developed a strong understanding and skills in commercial drafting, real estate, construction law, intellectual property, privacy, and human rights. She has also worked at a personal injury law firm in downtown Vancouver, BC before transitioning her practice.
She has also taught law at a leading University, where her students lauded her for her clarity of thought and deep understanding of her core areas of practice. In both her role as a lawyer and a professor, AJ gained a particular appreciation for taking the time to explain things to her clients and students, respectively, rather than just preaching the law.
AJ applies her previous experience to bring compassion, perseverance, and dedication to her work and endeavors to positively impact the lives of her clients.
AJ graduated summa cum laude with B.A.LL.B (Hons.) and received a Gold medal in recognition of her academic abilities. Thereafter, she completed a Master of Laws from George Washington University, USA in 2013.
AJ is also fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
Nitin is an experienced lawyer who is called to the bar in British Columbia, Ontario, New York and Delhi.
He has worked with some of the largest law firms in Canada, the US, as well as in India, and understands what it takes to handle a matter from start to finish. Given his background of working in three different jurisdictions and the nature of his experiences, Nitin can provide unmatchable strategic inter-jurisdictional advice to businesses and individuals alike.
Nitin has also taught law at a leading University for many years, where he was lauded for the thoroughness of his work and the ability to communicate his thoughts effectively. He brings the same abilities to the table for his clients and is particularly sensitive to the needs of people, with a strong ability to connect with them.
He practices in the areas of business law, trademark law, family law, as well as in the civil side of litigation.
Nitin completed his Masters from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, USA
Nitin is also fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
